Tohfe Beidas

Tohfe Beidas possesses extensive experience in various roles within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the University Recruiting Manager at LyondellBasell since February 2016, Tohfe has held multiple positions including Business Consultant in Talent Management and Inventory Planner in Olefins. Previous experience includes roles at Apple, ConocoPhillips, Direct Energy, and BMC Software. Tohfe earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business (2020-2022) and completed a double major in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, with a minor in International Area Studies in Asia at the University of Houston (2010-2015).
