LaToya (Niecey) Freeman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee success, learning and development, and training management. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Success at LYP Health Management since June 2021, LaToya oversees learning initiatives, quality assurance, and the overall employee experience. Prior to this role, LaToya held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Niecey Freeman LLC, a multifaceted role also encompassing book authorship and life coaching. Experience includes serving as a Training Coordinator at Mercy Health, Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at tilr, and Training and Quality Manager at STARTEK. LaToya's career began with the US Army in the role of 92A from October 2002 to August 2008.
