Alexandra MacLeish

Alexandra MacLeish is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Clinical Expansion at Lyra Health since October 2020, after previously holding the role of Operations Lead, Provider Engagement. Prior experience includes positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from June 2015 to July 2018, where Alexandra worked as an Associate Program Officer for both Postsecondary Success and Agricultural Development, as well as a Program Assistant in the same division. At JUMP! Foundation, Alexandra advanced from Partnership Manager to Head of Global Programs between June 2012 and May 2015. Alexandra also contributed to Princeton in Asia as a fellow from June 2012 to June 2013. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley (2018-2020) and a BA in Global Health and Mandarin Chinese from Duke University (2007-2012).
