Shawn Ayers

Shawn Ayers is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Lyra Health since June 2021, Shawn previously held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at MobileIron, where responsibilities included managing SEC reporting, leading the S-1 process for the company's IPO, and implementing new revenue and lease accounting standards. Additional roles include Corporate Controller at Demandtec, where Shawn completed the S-1 for its IPO and managed ERP implementation, and Assistant Controller at Ditech Networks. Shawn also held positions in senior financial roles at CoSine Communications and 3Com, beginning a career at Coopers & Lybrand.
