Crystal then joined McKesson Health Solutions as a Senior Manager, first in the PMO role from 2008 to 2011, and then as a Senior Manager in Product Management from 2011 to 2019. Following that, they worked at Change Healthcare as a Director of Product Management from 2019 to 2022.
