Sarah Trama is a seasoned documentation and methodology professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Documentation & Methodology at Lyric since October 2022, Sarah oversees a diverse team supporting claims management software. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over six years at Change Healthcare, advancing from Manager of Documentation Development to Manager of Documentation & Methodology, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment on multiple product documentation strategies. Earlier experiences include positions at McKesson Health Solutions as a team lead and technical writer, and various roles in documentation and human resources, demonstrating a comprehensive background in writing, training, and stakeholder management. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Kutztown University and an Associate of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in English and Psychology from Montgomery County Community College.
