Lyten
Erik Hanson is a Senior Engineer with expertise in Cell and Battery Computation Modeling. Previously, Erik worked as a Lead Simulation Engineer at Dyson, where Erik optimized battery design through physics-based simulation. Prior to that, Erik was a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, focusing on phase-field models for template-directed eutectic solidification. Erik's experience also includes a role as a Senior Materials Engineer at Toyota Boshoku America, where Erik managed materials testing and development. Erik holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
