Stefan McClelland is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and reactor design. Currently serving as Manager of Mechanical Engineering & Reactor Design at Lyten since April 2024, Stefan leads a team focused on improving reactor performance and reliability. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at ReCarbon, Inc., where project coordination and stakeholder communication were key responsibilities, and Senior Mechanical Engineer within the R&D team, overseeing prototype development. Stefan co-founded Plastic Sample Kits, contributed to product development at Amphenol DC Electronics, and designed automation systems at Johnson Controls. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
