Åke Tistelberg

Åke Tistelberg has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Their most recent role is as a User Experience Designer at M-Files, which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fujitsu for three years, where they held two different positions. As a Service Designer, they worked on projects related to process automation, smart places, and information management. Åke was responsible for understanding client needs, prototyping and testing solutions, and following up on the development of new services. Åke also worked as a UX/Design Thinking consultant, planning and facilitating co-creation workshops and developing service concepts.

Before their time at Fujitsu, Åke worked at Symbio as a Localization Tester and at Tribe Tampere as a Marketing Support Lead, both in 2018. Additionally, they gained market research experience at Reali Hub for Innovation, where they worked as a Market Research Analyst from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they conducted field work, analyzed data, managed interviewers, created reports, and presented results to clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Market Research Assistant at e21 Agência de Multicomunicação from 2013 to 2014.

Åke's earliest work experience was as a Public Relations Intern at PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2011. In this role, they were involved in social media monitoring, event planning, and feedback research, providing support to exchange students at the university's Social Communication School.
