Heli Järventie

Heli Järventie has extensive work experience in sales and account management, as well as user-centered design and user experience research. Heli is currently a Senior Sales Director at M-Files, where they have held various roles since 2013, including Sales Director and Enterprise Account Manager. Prior to M-Files, they worked at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland as a Research Scientist, focusing on user-centered design methods and future technologies. Heli also has experience at Nokia, where they held roles such as Senior User Experience Expert, Senior User Interface Designer, and User Interface Designer.

Heli Järventie has a strong educational background in various fields. Heli obtained a Master of Science degree in Information and Knowledge Management, Hypermedia, Cognitive Psychology, and Communications Theory from Tampere University of Technology from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Social Sciences degree in Sociology, Psychology, Audiovisual Media culture, and Usability from the University of Tampere from 1998 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Heli also enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications. In April 2014, they became a certified M-Files System Configurator (Level 1: M-Files Specialist) and a certified M-Files User from M-Files Corporation.

Furthermore, in 2001, Heli briefly studied French, English, Swedish, and French culture at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, although no degree was mentioned for this period.
