Pasi Rantanen

Pasi Rantanen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pasi began their career in 2000 as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology. In 2003, they joined Nokia where they held various roles such as Chief Design Engineer, Head of Video Telephony Product Development, and Senior Program/Project Manager. At Nokia, they were responsible for managing large teams and budgets in Email and Video Telephony projects.

In 2011, Pasi joined Accenture as a Senior Project Manager in the Nokia Symbian Services Unit, where they delivered Symbian Email R&D projects to Nokia and managed project activities with suppliers. Pasi then moved to Avanade in 2012, where they served as the Mobility Product Unit Manager, leading cross-functional mobile product development teams and establishing an environment promoting quality, innovation, and growth.

Pasi's next role was at If P&C Insurance in 2014, where they worked as a Digital Project Manager. Shortly after, they joined M-Files Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, and later became a Program Manager in January 2019.

Throughout their career, Pasi has demonstrated strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on meeting customer expectations.

Pasi Rantanen completed their education at Tampere University of Technology from 1999 to 2002. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their educational qualifications, Pasi has also earned several certifications. Pasi obtained the certifications "M-Files Essentials" and "M-Files User" from M-Files in February 2023. Furthermore, they achieved the certification of "Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B" from IPMA: International Project Management Association in November 2022.
