Tommi Haakana

Tommi Haakana has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Tommi is currently employed as a Service Manager at M-Files Corporation since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Team Action Zone - ActionTrack as a Partner from March 2011 to March 2020, where they managed B2B sales, internal processes, customer relationships, contracts, and customer training. Before that, Haakana worked at Nokia in various roles, including Requirements Manager, Visual Multimedia (July 2009 - February 2011), Manager, Camera SW (January 2004 - June 2009), Engineering Manager (September 2000 - December 2003), Quality Engineer/Team Leader, SW Quality Assurance (March 1998 - August 2000), and SW Design Engineer (May 1996 - February 1998).

Tommi Haakana earned their M.Sc degree in Telecommunications, Software Systems, Signal Processing, and Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in October 2021.
