Tamara Kravec

As Chief Financial and Risk Officer, Tamara has primary responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s financial and risk management strategies. Additionally, as Chief Financial Officer of M Financial Re, M Financial Group’s reinsurance subsidiary, she oversees all reinsurance operations.

Before joining M, Tamara was SVP at American Equity Investment Life Holdings in Des Moines, Iowa, where she was responsible for a broad set of finance and treasury areas. Prior to that, she was CFO of Nationwide Annuity, overseeing all finance, actuarial, and reinsurance functions for the annuity business. Tamara earned her MBA in finance and accounting from NYU.
