Paul Kerridge serves as the SHEQ Director for the Energy Division at M Group Services, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Paul was the SHEQ Director at Morrison Utility Services from October 2006 to July 2022, where significant contributions to health and safety were recognized with multiple awards, including the Sir George Earle Trophy in 2013 and 2020. Paul's earlier experience includes serving as Head of HSEQ at Balfour Beatty Construction and as a warrant officer at the MOD National Search Centre. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Loughborough University and completed the High Potential Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School in 2015.
