Previously, Victoria held the position of Director at Gates Aviation Ltd from 2009 to December 2019, where expertise was applied in advising various aviation entities on business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response, along with developing training programs and emergency manuals. From 1996 to 2008, Victoria was the Manager of Business Continuity & Risk at British Airways, overseeing global business continuity efforts and enterprise-wide risk management, including training airport managers and managing the corporate recovery center. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1993 and 1996.
