Jenny Lippmann, P.E. has over a decade of experience in municipal engineering, currently serving as an Associate and Municipal Engineering Group Manager at MJ since September 2014. Previously, Lippmann held various positions at John M. McDonald Engineering, P.C. from 2003 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing municipal projects. Additionally, from July 2004 to January 2024, Lippmann coordinated the EDGE Program at Union College, fostering interest in engineering and science among high school girls. Lippmann also contributed to the Village of Scotia Planning Board as Chairperson from 2010 to 2014, overseeing development reviews in the Business District. Lippmann holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Civil Engineering & Japanese from Union College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
