Jessica Prado

Jessica Prado is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in client success operations, education, and collections management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Operations Associate at M1 since May 2021, Jessica plays a key role in maintaining up-to-date content and implementing new technology features while developing Standard Operating Procedures. Prior experience includes working at Amazon Connect as a Client Success Associate, where Jessica effectively resolved customer inquiries and guided clients on product features.
