M2 Strategy
Prior to joining M2, Helo held leadership positions at Oracle, Boeing, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM. He was instrumental in the development of a cloud-based architecture for a startup firm that was sold to IBM. He is regularly sought out by clients for his thought-leadership on how to transform organizations’ cultures, workforce structures, and business processes.
When he is not working, he is Paying It Forward – a key M2 core value – giving back to local charities with a focus on children and families. He has coached local youth teams the last 7 years and in 2020 was recognized as a youth basketball Coach of the Year.
Helo has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
