Terry Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and safety management. Currently serving as the Lead AV Technician, ICT Lead, and Telecommunications Technician at M3 Technology Group, Inc. since March 2019, Terry has also co-founded Angry Ginger Graphics, where tenure lasted from March 2017 to April 2023. Previous roles include bulk driver at AmeriGas, dedicated driver at Averitt Express, and Director of Safety at Alliance Management Services, LLC, where a comprehensive safety program was developed. Additional experience includes positions such as Granite Engineer at Applied Performance Technologies, Construction Manager at AT&T Mobility, Trouble Shooter/Installer at Omnitech, and Field Technician III at SBA Communications, where leadership in the installation of Ericsson equipment was demonstrated. Terry holds a GED from Menifee Co. Adult Education, completed in 2000.
