Micah Sandusky

Micah Sandusky is the Co-owner and CEO of M3 Works LLC, overseeing realtime watershed modeling, geoscience software consulting, and cloud infrastructure development since February 2021. Prior to this role, Micah served as a Software Development Engineer at Clearwater Analytics, where efforts focused on cloud migration and data normalization in Java and Python from May 2019 to February 2021. Micah's earlier experience includes working as a Hydrologic Technician at the USDA Agricultural Research Service, developing software for water supply prediction and enhancing continuous integration practices from April 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, Micah contributed to wind power forecasting models as a Graduate Research Assistant at Boise State University from January 2013 to June 2017, where a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering was also obtained from Boise State University.
