Alicia Kiser, PHR, has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources at M3 Insurance since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources from November 2017 to December 2019, and as the Human Resources Manager from January 2014 to October 2017 at the same company. Alicia began their career at M3 Insurance as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2011 to January 2014. Before joining M3 Insurance, they worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target from January 2009 to April 2011.
Alicia Kiser, PHR holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their MBA, Alicia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Management and Human Resources from the same institution, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. Alicia also spent a semester at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2007, studying International Marketing.
