Kristin LaFontain has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Kristin began their career at Unum in 2000, holding positions such as Service Associate, Account Specialist, Sr. Account Specialist, and Simply Unum Account Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and producers, resolving service issues, and providing pre-sale support. In 2013, Kristin joined M3 Insurance as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. Kristin later became a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager and currently holds the position of Senior Employee Benefits Client Manager II | Service Lead. At M3 Insurance, Kristin is responsible for serving clients across the country and managing their employee benefits, property & casualty, and retirement plans.
Kristin LaFontain attended Brookfield East High School but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Kristin obtained the Wisconsin Insurance License in 2004 and became a Group Benefits Disability Specialist in 2017.
