Kristin Verstegen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry and a background in employee relations. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager and previously as a Senior Account Manager at M3 Insurance since September 2010, Kristin has developed strong client management skills. Prior to this, Kristin worked at Harms Insurance Group in Sun Prairie and Lake Mills, WI, from 2006 to 2010 as a Customer Service Representative and Insurance Agent. Kristin’s career began at American Girl, where from 1995 to 2000, Kristin held the position of Employee Relations Manager. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1987 and 1991.
