Jean-François Cremer is an experienced professional in client service and operations management, currently serving as the Network Operations Center Manager at M7 Group since January 2021. Previously, Jean-François held the position of Director of Client Service & International Operations at TiVo from September 2016 to December 2020, where efforts focused on customer engagement and strategic initiative implementation. A notable tenure as Director of Client Service and Operations for EMEA at ROVI International Solutions Sarl from June 2008 to August 2016 involved enhancing team performance and fostering a customer-centric culture. Additional roles included leadership positions at Gemstar TV Guide Europe and Infomedia, where Jean-François built foundational customer service operations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Documentation and Library Sciences from HEPL.
