Karine Nicolini

Karine Nicolini has extensive experience in human resources and finance, with a strong background in the media industry. Karine is currently the Head of Human Resources at M7 Group since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at RTL Group from 2016 to 2021. In that role, they led a team of 10 and was responsible for managing HR functions, including restructuring efforts and implementing Covid crisis responses. Before joining RTL Group, they worked at CLT-UFA S.A. (RTL Group) as the Head of HR Services from 2008 to 2016, where they managed a team of 4 and successfully implemented a new HRIS tool and introduced a new pension scheme. Karine also held various roles at RTL Group S.A. from 2001 to 2007, including Senior Internal Auditor and Senior Financial Controller. Karine's career in the media industry started at CLT-UFA S.A. (RTL Group) in 1995, where they served as a Financial Controller and was later involved in budgeting and group reporting. Overall, Karine Nicolini has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in human resources and finance throughout their career.

Karine Nicolini obtained a DESS degree in Gestion Financière et Espace Européen from the Centre Européen Universitaire (CEU) in 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Karine completed the "Preparing For Opportunities" program from Bertelsmann University at INSEAD Executive Education in 2015, and also completed the "Leadership Journey" program from Bertelsmann University at HEC Paris Executive Education in 2010.
