Suzanne Cody has over 20 years of experience in marketing and project management. Suzanne has held various roles at MA Design, starting as a Project Coordinator in 2006 and progressing to become the Director of Marketing in 2017. In their role as Director of Marketing, they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy, managing the marketing department, and overseeing tasks such as qualifications, proposals, and maintaining the company website.
In addition to their work at MA Design, Suzanne has also been actively involved in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Columbus Chapter. Suzanne served as the Secretary on the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2017 and held various leadership roles within the organization from 2011 to 2015, including Chairperson for the Crossroads Mentorship Program and Director of Logistics & Special Events.
Prior to their work at MA Design and SMPS, Suzanne worked as a Project Manager at Project Construction Company & Project Architecture Ltd. from 1999 to 2006.
Suzanne Cody, CPSM, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture with a minor in Business from Washington University in St. Louis. Suzanne attended the university from 1998 until 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Newark Catholic, graduating in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Suzanne has obtained certifications in the field of marketing. Suzanne earned the SMPS-CPSM certification from the Society for Marketing Professional Services in December 2021 and the CPSM - Certified Professional Services Marketer certification from the Society of Marketing Professional Services in June 2012.
