Abdulrhman Al-Sadlan began their career at SABIC in 2002 as an Operation Planner, later transitioning to the role of Business Analyst focusing on profitability analysis. In 2009, they joined Maaden as a Senior Business Development Specialist, eventually progressing to roles such as Business Development Manager, Strategy, Planning & Business Development Director, and Vice President of Phosphate Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Project Development & Engineering at Maaden and serves as a Board Member for Ma'aden Rolling Company. Throughout their career, Abdulrhman has been involved in strategic planning, business development, and project management within the mining and industrial sectors.
Abdulrhman Al-Sadlan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 2001. Later, they pursued various executive education courses, including an Executive MBA from KFUPM Business School in 2020, as well as programs from institutions like INSEAD, EuroMoney, and Sterling Institute. In 2018, they obtained a certification in "Building Resilience" from Lynda.com.
