Waleed Al-Dubaiyan

Waleed Al-Dubaiyan is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Dean and Chief Learning Officer at Ma'aden Academy since December 2021. Additionally, Waleed holds positions as a Board Member at Saudi Mining Polytechnic and an Advisory Board Member for IIA SA. Previous experience includes serving as OD & HR General Supervisor at the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia, and HR General Manager at Royal Private Affairs. Waleed has also contributed to the Saudi Railway Company as HR & Administration Director and was HR Director at Saudi Research & Marketing Group. Waleed's educational background includes an MBA from Arab Open University, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and executive education in Business Strategy for HR Leaders from INSEAD.
