Carole Krauser Bourquin

Carole Krauser Bourquin currently serves as the Country Director at MacAnders Group, where responsibilities include driving growth in recruitment solutions for both the financial sector and diverse industries while managing client relationships with various professional service firms. Previously, Carole held multiple roles at Michael Page, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant, and was focused on client satisfaction and strategic negotiations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Store Manager at SANDRO, where Carole opened the brand's first subsidiary in Luxembourg and managed a team, as well as previous store management roles at Herve Leger. Additionally, Carole was the Area Manager for KIKO MILANO, overseeing the establishment of 12 retail locations in the Grand Est region. Carole holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Vente from Ecole de Management Strasbourg and has international education experience from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
