Monica Eddy

Monica Eddy has extensive experience in sales and banking, beginning as a Call Center Sales Supervisor at The Grand Rapids Press from 2005 to 2007, followed by an Outside Sales Representative role at the same company until 2009. Afterward, Monica served as a Sales Supervisor at 21st Century Insurance from 2011 to 2012, before transitioning to Farmers Insurance as a Senior Sales Agent and Service Operations Supervisor from July 2012 to February 2017. Monica then worked as an Insurance Sales Agent at State Farm ® from February 2017 to March 2018, and subsequently held the position of Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank until August 2019. Since then, Monica has been with Macatawa Bank, progressing through roles as a Treasury Management Sales Analyst, Treasury Management Sales Associate, and currently as a Relationship Manager.
