Mathieu Fillion

Mathieu Fillion, P.Eng, has a diverse background in engineering and customer service, currently serving as the Leader of Product Engineering at MacDon Industries since March 2017, after previous roles as Design Engineer and Test Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Alter Ego Sports, where Mathieu focused on client needs and product recommendations, and as an Engineering Consultant at Biosystems Design Trilogy, leading project meetings and collaborating with peers. Additional roles include Archery Outfitter at Cabela's Canada, providing exceptional customer service, and Border Information Services Officer at the Canada Border Services Agency, where Mathieu addressed client inquiries in both official languages. Earlier experience includes equipment operation at GFL Environmental Inc., contributing to solid waste disposal construction and soil remediation. Mathieu holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Manitoba, with a focus on Environmental and Structural Engineering.
