Patience Onakpoya Eit (she/her)

Patience Onakpoya is a Manufacturing Engineer at MacDon Industries since May 2021, bringing a background in operational excellence and production engineering. Previously, Patience served as an Operational Excellence Student at Winpak, where responsibilities included identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methods and analyzing key department metrics. Experience includes a tenure as a Production Engineer at Beta Glass PLC and roles as an Air Cargo Sales Officer and Network Control Group Officer at DHL Africa. Educational qualifications consist of a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
