Tara Bees-Cook

Tara Bees-Cook is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, retention, and people management. At MacDon Industries since April 2017, Tara has held multiple roles including HR Manager for both People and Culture, and Recruitment and Retention, as well as serving as a Recruitment and Retention Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at Emergent BioSolutions from February 2003 to April 2017 in various human resources capacities. Tara holds two Diplomas with Honors from RRC Polytech, one in Human Resource Management (2009-2011) and another in Justice and Public Safety (1998-2001).
