Josh Peterson

Josh Peterson is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in project management, supply chain solutions, and strategic development. Currently serving as an Executive Project Manager at MacDonald & Owen, Josh previously held key positions including VP of Supply Chain Solutions and VP of Strategy & Development at Valor Victoria, where responsibilities included leading sales and marketing teams and driving revenue growth through data analytics. As the Founder and Strategic Advisor of Hawk Advising, Josh managed operations and risk for various sectors including manufacturing and nonprofit organizations. Josh also created True Impact Football, a nonprofit that partnered with NFL teams to provide resources for coaches in low-income schools, and held senior roles in organizations such as Glazier Clinics and Pioneer Management Consulting, focusing on business operations and data analytics. Educated at the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Minnesota, Josh holds degrees in Business Management and Data Visualization & Analytics, alongside an MBA from the University of West Florida.
