Cassandra Yerkes

Cassandra Yerkes currently serves as the Communications Officer of Digital Assets at MacDowell since March 2022, following a role as Marketing and Communications Associate at THE BLOCKS from July 2019 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at THE BLOCKS, where responsibilities involved creating and executing programming that promotes public art, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as audience development. Earlier roles encompass Event and Communications Coordinator for DOWNTOWN SLC PRESENTS, where major events for Salt Lake City's Cultural Core were planned and executed, and assisting as a Special Events Intern during the launch of THE BLOCKS. Starting with an internship as a Cultural Representative at The Downtown Alliance, Cassandra's educational background includes a degree in Arts Administration from Westminster University, completed in 2018.
