Scott Kashuba

Scott studied in the Arts and Science Transfer program at MacEwan and is a Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. He completed a Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts and MBA from U Alberta. He is the Director, Risk and Assurance Services, with Alberta Blue Cross where he is responsible for enterprise risk management, corporate policy, regulatory compliance and reporting, business continuity, fraud, complaint and dispute resolution, ethics and insurance. Scott has served as a Chair, Vice-Chair and Director of Government of Alberta public agencies/crown corporations. He was the Senior Manager of the Premier’s Public Agency Governance Task Force, where he wrote the Public Agencies Governance Cabinet Policy, which later became the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act. He currently sits on the Alberta Motor Association Corporation Investment Committee, Insurance Services Corporation as Director and the Edmonton Regional Board as Vice-Chair.
