Philip sits within the tax group, and advises businesses and individuals on a range of employment and personal tax matters, with a particular focus on supporting businesses with internationally mobile individuals.

While his primary focus has been the financial services sector, Philip has worked with clients across a wide range of industries. He specialises in employment and mobility taxes, and works with employers and individuals to provide tax advisory and compliance services.

He has experience in assisting with tax audits and negotiations with HMRC, structuring business’ remuneration and termination arrangements, employment tax and pension policy reviews, the drafting and review of employment contracts, and advising individuals about the tax implications of working across jurisdictions.
