Jay Rosenberg has extensive experience in infrastructure and transport planning, currently serving as the Acting Executive Manager of Infrastructure Planning at Mackay Regional Council since February 2015. Rosenberg has also held the positions of Acting Strategic Planning Manager and Principal Infrastructure Planner at the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Department of Transport and Main Roads from January 2007 to January 2015, where Rosenberg advanced through roles including Transport Planning Manager, Principal Planner, and Senior Town Planner. Educational qualifications include a Master of Transport from Monash University and a Bachelor of Environmental Planning from Griffith University.
