Christopher Wallace

Christopher Wallace has extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Continuous Improvement Manager at MacLean Power Systems since March 2020, Christopher leads initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Champion Laboratories, where collaboration with executive leadership and plant management resulted in significant operational advancements. Christopher's experience also encompasses a Quality/Operations Consultant position at UCI-FRAM AutoBrands and Director of Quality, where oversight of quality management systems across multiple facilities was achieved. Christopher's career began at Champion Laboratories as Plant Manager, overseeing operations for over 300 employees with full P&L responsibility. Christopher holds degrees from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and York Technical College, with certifications in LEAN Manufacturing.
