Chuck Cohrs

Chuck Cohrs is an experienced treasury and financial professional currently serving as Treasurer at MacLean Power Systems since September 2023. Previously, Chuck held key positions including Senior Director and Treasurer at Life Fitness, where responsibilities included establishing a treasury organization post-divestiture from Brunswick Corporation and managing global funding. Prior to that, leadership roles included Treasurer at Atkore International during its spin-off and IPO, Executive Director of Worldwide Financial Planning & Analysis at CTS Corporation, and Treasurer at Sauer-Danfoss, where a global treasury organization was developed. Additional roles encompass managing treasury functions at Cable Design Technologies, Assistant Treasurer at Tellabs, and Director of Treasury at The HAVI Group LP. Chuck's career began at Wolters Kluwer - CCH, Inc., where advancement from Accountant to Assistant Treasurer was achieved. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business, Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business from Western Michigan University.
