Mike Challman is an experienced logistics executive currently serving as Executive Vice President of Logistics at MacLean Power Systems since November 2020. In this role, Mike leads efforts to ensure optimal performance of power infrastructure by providing high-quality products and programs to electrical service providers worldwide. Prior to this position, Mike was Vice President of North American Operations at CLX Logistics from 2012 to January 2020, successfully overseeing a diverse logistics team and directing strategies for customer engagement and operational execution. Mike's career began at DHL Supply Chain, where roles included Senior Director of Transportation Operations and Director of Project Management and Implementation, managing substantial freight operations and implementing key logistics systems. Mike's foundational experience includes serving as an instructor in Air Battle Management in the U.S. Air Force from 1985 to 1990. Mike holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BS in International Politics from the United States Air Force Academy, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
