Ceris Bradley Bsc

Ceris Bradley BSc is an experienced professional with a strong background in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as EDI Network and Operations Support Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support since February 2015, Ceris has held multiple roles including Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Chair of the Working Families and Carers employee resource group, where responsibilities include leading initiatives that promote inclusion and challenge inequalities. Prior experience includes a relationship and fundraising management role at CLIC Sargent, and property management at Perry Bishop & Chambers. Ceris began a career in support roles, including a Rehabilitation Manager position and a Teaching Assistant role focusing on neurodivergent children. Ceris holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and completed education at Pates Grammar School.
