In 2010, they became an Independent Consultant for Macmillan, taking on the role of Product Manager.

Erin's extensive experience led their to Macmillan in 2011, where they held various positions, including Product, Operations, and Logistics Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales Operations. In these roles, they played a crucial part in the company's operations and sales processes.

Most recently, Erin joined Macmillan Learning in 2017 and assumed the role of Senior Director of Operations. Erin has since been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Customer Support Operations. Their contributions have been essential in overseeing and managing the sales and customer support operations at Macmillan Learning.
