Craig P. has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Craig started their career at Intel Corporation in 1990, working as an Engineer until 1994. Craig then joined Corning Incorporated as an Engineer before returning to Intel Corporation as an Engineering Manager, a role they held until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Craig worked at Evergreen Solar as the Director of Cell and Panel Engineering. Craig then moved on to Lilliputian Systems as the Sr. Director of Backend Manufacturing Engineering from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined MACOM as the Sr. Manager of Process Engineering, and later held the positions of Director of Fab Operations and VP of Global Foundry Operations.

Craig P. attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
