Aleks Rizk

Aleks Rizk is an experienced talent leader with a background in risk management and organizational development, currently serving as Talent Lead for the Risk Management Group and Central Executive Group at Macquarie Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Aleks held positions such as Talent Manager at Macquarie Capital and Talent and Organizational Development Consultant at Peter Berry Consultancy, where responsibilities included facilitating Hogan Certification workshops and conducting psychometric assessments. Aleks has also worked as a Consultant at Henricks Consulting and served in managerial roles at Helping Hands Program Pty Ltd and Water Works Program Pty Ltd, focusing on philanthropic team building initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology (Professional) from Macquarie University, as well as ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours at Southern Cross University.
