Nivedita Kang

Nivedita Kang is currently the Director of Engineering at Macquarie Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nivedita held various positions at WooliesX from January 2018 to October 2023, including Head Of Technology, Senior QA Manager, QA Manager, and QA Lead. Nivedita's experience also includes serving as QA Lead at Tabcorp for a brief period in 2017 and as a Senior QA Engineer at Lab49 from September 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities involved automation and manual testing. Earlier in Nivedita's career, from September 2008 to July 2014, Nivedita worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Associate Vice President, overseeing test planning, execution, and UAT planning while managing teams. Nivedita started in the software engineering field as a Software Engineer at Quark Software Inc. from January 2004 to September 2008 and holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University, completed in 2003.
