Mary Snyder

Mary Snyder is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Macro since February 2024 and a Customer Advisory Board Member at HubSpot since January 2024, focusing on enhancing customer experience and guiding product development. Prior to these roles, Mary was a Senior Operations Manager at LexCheck from August 2020 to February 2024, overseeing various operational domains. Mary's career includes experience as a Product Manager and Operations Manager for the Neurolinguistics Laboratory at Penn State University from January 2019 to August 2020, along with a role as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Medical Center from August 2016 to December 2018. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Georgetown University and graduated from The Hill School.
