Jacin Hayes

Jacin Hayes, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manufacturing Outsourcing Manager at MacroGenics, Inc., a position held since April 2022. Previously, Jacin was the Senior Manufacturing Manager at DNAtrix, overseeing CDMO/CRO for adeno-associated virus clinical manufacturing programs and providing CMC regulatory expertise for US/EU. Jacin's extensive experience at United Therapeutics Corporation includes roles as Manager of Biologics & Manufacturing Projects, Senior Manufacturing Projects Manager, Manufacturing Projects Manager, and Manufacturing Projects Specialist, contributing significantly to commercial biologics operations, clinical project management, and regulatory processes. Prior roles at TEVA Biopharmaceuticals USA and the University of Wisconsin-Madison focused on purification process development and protein trafficking research, respectively. Jacin holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
