Macs Adventure
Neil Lapping is the Founder and CEO of Macs Adventure, established in June 2003, specializing in self-guided walking and cycling holidays. In January 2015, Neil founded AbenteuerWege Reisen GmbH, an independent German subsidiary of Macs Adventure, which aims to serve the self-guided holiday market for German-speaking customers, projected to welcome over 1,000 customers in 2016. Neil served as a Director at Adventure Networks Limited from February 2009 to April 2011, facilitating easy booking of adventures and activities from local tour operators. Prior experience includes serving as Waterfront Manager at Mark Warner from April 1998 to November 2001, where responsibilities included managing a large team of instructors and overseeing a watersports program for up to 700 guests. Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Business Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the University of Cape Town, completed from 1994 to 1997.
