Rebecca Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Scale-up Consultant and Interim COO at Macs Adventure since March 2025, Rebecca focuses on evolving operational models to support rapid growth. Previously, as a Chief Founding Member at Chief from January 2023 to April 2025, Rebecca contributed to empowering women executives. Rebecca has held pivotal positions as Chief Operating Officer at Simple Online Healthcare and TravelNest, as well as Senior Director of Growth at Skyscanner, managing a team across diverse markets. Early career experiences include roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Crimson & Co, and Unilever, showcasing a strong background in supply chain and operational strategy. Rebecca holds a degree from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
